PNK Park Sered offers the possibility to choose between two new modern industrial buildings with 12 m clear height, allowing storage of 5 or 6 levels of standard euro pallets. The halls area is divided into individual rental blocks in accordance with the needs of the client and its requirements. Blocks already have separate measurements of electricity, water and heat as well as lighting control. Each loading station is equipped with fully configured loading docks, exterior and interior impact protectors, illumination, internal and external numbering, shelter and steel cover plates. LED lighting in the warehouse, 300 Lx in the handling areas, 200 Lx in the storage areas. The floor load of 10 t per sqm meets all requirements for light industrial production.
