BESICO MARTIN provides a total leasable area of 42,900 m2. Currently, 15,000 m2 of them have been built. The total number of parking spaces in the project is set at 275. The park will provide office space with an area of 4,200 m2. 2 driveways lead to the warehouse.
The construction of the second phase is currently underway. The premises of the project serve to provide operating premises - class "A" logistics for renowned international companies.
The first construction phase of the project - the construction of halls A and B with an area of 10,000 m2 was handed over to the client for use in Q1/2020. ADR warehouses corresponding to the necessary standards for storing large volumes of flammable materials were built in the halls.
Location
The BESICO MARTIN logistics center is located in Sučany, near the town of Martin, with excellent access to the D1 highway (3.5 km from its exit). It is 230 km from Bratislava, 67 km from Banská Bystrica and 223 km from Košice.
