The BESICO project in Nitra is currently in the third stage of construction, while a total of eight halls are currently being built. In the previous stages of this project, a total of 26,000 m2 has been built so far. The total leasable area is 38,000 m2 and the total number of parking spaces in the park is set at 162. The park will provide office space with an area of 1,425 m2. Together with 2 independent driveways, the park can be used more fully.
Location
The town of Vráble is located 15 km from the R1 expressway exit near Nitra. With a distance of 115 km to Bratislava, 20 km to Nitra, 70 km to Trnava and 160 km to Budapest, it can be said that the park is strategically located for various directions.
