The phase 2 hall in the basic version can be completed in about 3 months according to the client's requirements, thus flexibly adjusting the parameters of the hall for a specific type of activity.
The warehouse part of the hall has basic equipment: tempering 14°C, lighting 100 lx, supply for electrical sockets 240/400v, 1x sectional gate for a truck. The price does not include: lighting for production/long-term stay of employees, leveling bridge, drawer systems in the hall, crane track and crane, a larger number of sectional gates.
