The building for construction consists of 8 production and warehouse halls and an office center.
The total area of the halls is 159,468 sqm, of which PR1 has 11,156 sqm, PR2 16,646 sqm, PR3 16,646 sqm, PR4 24,209 sqm, PR5 21,053 sqm, PR6 18,913 sqm, PR7 26,435 sqm and PR8 is 24,410 sqm.
The halls are currently in the process of preparing permits and will be ready for construction for rent.
